Great location, close to park, Avenida Paulista, and attractions. Spacious rooms, splendid breakfast, and a gym for morning workouts. Staff offers assistance with city knowledge and maps. Impressive attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Felt like family, staff went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The staff were helpful and friendly, making our stay pleasant. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food options, and the chefs even offered some specialties at our table. the location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby bars and restaurants.
There were a few negative aspects. The first floor of the hotel also experienced vibrations during the day, quite bothersome.

I had a really great stay here! The location was perfect for me, being in a good area and around the financial district. The room was very comfortable, with nice amenities like ironing facilities and an in-room safe, and I loved the balcony. The staff were amazing - they were always available for things like room service and laundry, and they even had pet amenities available. The breakfast was delicious and there was lots of variety, and I loved the indoor swimming pool and spa centre. Overall I had a very pleasant experience here.
All in all, I would highly recommend this place.
